They were great too ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. One specific incident that stood out was when a staff member noticed I was taking a nap and kindly offered complimentary cake. While it woke me up, it was a thoughtful gesture that showed their dedication to customer satisfaction. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the seaside within walking distance. I would highly recommend Ramada for its really good service and convenient location.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, within walking distance to major attractions, the waterfront, and high-class restaurants. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and well-designed bathrooms. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety and delicious options. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist guests with their needs.

The lobby area is small for such a good hotel.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were really good too help us with everything we needed, especially when my husband got sick. They arranged medicine and other urgent supplies for us. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and all the main sites of this city. The rooms were verysuper clean and cozy, and we even received a complimentary room upgrade without asking for it. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a huge selection available.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me - right in the heart of the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning personnel, and the manager. The room was spacious with great amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. I especially enjoyed the welcome drink and the buffet breakfast, which had plenty of options to choose from. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and jacuzzi, were an added bonus and made my stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this place to family and friends.

We loved the location! Perfect for friends going out at night, walking distance to downtown Beirut, Zaitona Bay, and Gemayze. The staff were amazing, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the guys in charge of breakfast were excellent. The room was beautifully decorated with roses, and they even allowed us to check out late for free. The best hotel we stayed at in Beirut!
